Sports
Sport is very important in Toulouse. The "passe sport" card allows you to get special rates in all public leisure centres (swimming pools, ice-skating rings, pelota, shooting centers, tennis, paddle tennis, sport courses).
Every Friday evening, rollerbladers meet up at Capitole and go for a town trek.

Going out :
There is no lack of nice bars, cabarets, pubs and night clubs in Toulouse.
Toulouse counts 13 cinemas, 4 of which are art cinemas.
Theatre is also well represented with many stages of different sizes.

There are also many libraries in Toulouse, some of which are american, german, african, italian and spanish libraries.
The magazine "Toulouse culture" will give you the schedule of all cultural events in Toulouse. Edited each month, it is available at the city hall.
Festivals :
Toulouse and Midi-Pyrénées region welcome numerous festivals throughout the year. Music, dance, theater, cinema, etc... are represented. You should therfore find something you like !
