TANDEM is an exchange program between foreign and french students of the Catholic Institute of Toulouse.
You will therefore have the opportunity to even more improve your knowledge of the french language and culture. And at the same time, act as an ambassador to french students of your own language and culture.

The IULCF Toulouse was awarded the « Qualité FLE » label.This label is a system for a labeling and certification of french as a foreign language centers. He is delivered by three French Ministries : Foreign and European Affairs, Higher Education and Research,and Culture and Communication.
