Welcome to the IULCF !
The Institut Universitaire de langue et Culture Françaises (French Culture and Langage Academic Institute) is part of the Faculté Libre des Lettres de l'Institut Catholique (Private Faculty of the Catholic Institute) of Toulouse.
Founded in 1996, its aim is to welcome foreigners wishing to learn French as a language at any level.
What the IULCF offers :
A high quality of teaching : We have a dedicated znd dynamic team of professionnal teachers. Our teaching methods are based on the Language Learning European Standards (CECR).
A personal follow up : each of our students is unique and part of our teachers duty is to follow up the progress or difficulties they may encounter, doing so on an individual basis.
A multicultural environment : As one of our students, you will be entitled to a student card and be able to enjoy catering and accomodation facilities as well as take part to various cultural activities and conferences.
The opportunity to learn about French culture and the Midi-Pyrénées region : Toulouse is today France's 4th biggest city and ranks 3rd for the number of Universities it offers.It is commonly called the "Pink city" and is famous for its space industry, quality of life and gastronomy !
