You have made the choice to enroll at the Catholic Institute of Toulouse within the framework of a program of exchange and we are grateful for your choice. We hope that you will enjoy and make the most of Toulouse. We will do our best to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Enrollment procedure

  •  I. We need to receive an e-mail or an official letter from the International office of your university of origin within you are registered as an applicant for a foreign exchange for this year.


  • II. You must fill in the form Application forms as well as the Contract of studies and return both documents to us to the following address :

You need to send :

>The learning agreement
> A copy of the identity card or passeport
> Transcript of records
> A Certificate of level in french B2

> A digital version of the ID photo (JEPG)

> A copy of the European Insurance card, issued in the home country.


  • III. Then you will receive a letter of acceptance of the Catholic Institut.
